Option 2: Auto-Ship Program
Chiropractor's Choice, Inc. offers a convenient Auto-Ship program allowing you to automatically receive Chiropractor's Choice at the interval of your choice. You can cancel your auto-ship at any time.
When a Chiropractor agrees to participate in the Auto-Ship* program the shipping costs will be waived.
* Auto-Ship Program is defined as agreement between Chiropractor's Choice and the physician to automatically process your designated order amount with your preferred payment method as specified by you, the physician, on a set schedule. The Auto-Ship Program will continue until we receive notice from you either via email or verbally, to discontinue. There is no penalty or long-term obligation.
